1. How plans work
Pro and Business plans are prepaid for a fixed period (one month or twelve months) and paid through Razorpay. When the period ends, your account returns to the free plan; your saved projects stay, within the free plan's limits. We will not charge you again unless you choose to buy again.
2. Cancelling
Because plans do not renew, you do not need to cancel anything. If you no longer want the Service, simply do not buy another period. Your plan stays active until its end date.
3. Refunds
- 7-day money-back: if you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a plan, ask within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
- Duplicate or failed payments: if you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged when your plan was not activated, we refund the extra or failed charge in full.
- Service problems: if a serious fault on our side stops you using a paid feature and we cannot fix it in reasonable time, we refund the unused part of your plan.
- After 7 days: we do not otherwise refund partly used periods, renewals bought early, or plans bought again after an earlier refund.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email from the address on your account with the subject "Refund", your Razorpay payment ID (it is in the receipt Razorpay emails you) and a line about why. We reply within 2 working days.
5. When you get the money
Approved refunds are made through Razorpay to the original payment method. We start the refund within 2 working days of approval; banks and card networks usually credit it within 5 to 7 working days after that, depending on your bank. Your plan ends when the refund is made.
6. Printing and physical products
Pack Studio sells software access only. We do not print, manufacture or ship packaging, so there are no shipping charges or physical returns. Orders you place with printers are between you and the printer.
