1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and ("we", "us"), which runs Pack Studio, a browser-based tool for creating packaging dielines, 3D mockups and print files (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
You must be at least 18, or use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. The Service
Pack Studio generates dielines, 3D previews and export files from the sizes and artwork you provide. Most of the work runs in your browser. The Service is currently in beta: features may change, and it may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors.
3. Accounts
You can use the Service without an account; projects are then saved only in your browser. If you create an account (with an email sign-in link or Google), you are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Your designs and content
You own your designs. Artwork, logos, text and images you upload or create remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to save your projects and show them back to you.
You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights, or break the law. We may remove content that clearly does.
5. Print files and accuracy
Dielines and exports are generated automatically from your inputs. Always have your printer or converter check a file, and make a physical sample, before ordering a production run. Materials, machines and processes vary, and we cannot guarantee that a file will suit your specific production. We are not responsible for printing, material or production costs that result from using a file without checking it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not: try to access other people's accounts or data; attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service's servers; use it to create unlawful, infringing or deceptive material; or resell access to the Service itself without our written permission. Using your own designs and exports commercially is fine.
7. Plans, prices and payment
Basic use is free. Paid plans (such as Pro and Business) unlock extra features and limits described on our pricing section. Prices are shown in Indian rupees, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Each plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed period (for example one month or twelve months). Plans do not renew automatically and we will not charge you again unless you choose to buy again. If you buy the same plan before it ends, the new period is added on top.
During the beta we may keep all features free. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Our software and open source
The Pack Studio software, templates, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the Service. You may not copy, download for reuse, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the Service's code, templates or packaging library; scrape or bulk-export templates or dielines except through the Service's normal export features for your own designs; remove copyright or licence notices; or use any part of the Service to build or train a competing product or service. Files you export for your own packs are yours to use, as described in section 4. Pack Studio includes open-source components (including three.js, supabase-js, qrcode-generator, Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans, Noto Sans Devanagari, Playfair Display and Lucide icons) under their own licences, which these terms do not limit.
9. Services we rely on
The Service uses third-party providers, including Supabase (accounts and database), Razorpay (payments), Google (optional sign-in) and GitHub Pages (website hosting). Their availability is outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared with them.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies (for example PDF or SVG exports) of anything important.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or printing and production costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or ₹1,000 if you have not paid us anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to . We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; if we close a paid account without such a breach, we will refund the unused part of your plan.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service develops. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users in the Service or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change, the updated terms apply.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim where you live. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
